Please email info@kimberleygraceofficial.com with your order number, course you would like a certificate in and the date you passed your course. Failure to do so will result in your certificate being placed on hold.

Certificates take 7-10 working days from the date of placing your order to be created and posted. This is because we have to have all certificates verified and hand written by our tutors. 

All certificate purchases are non-refundable. We do not offer re issuing as a FREE service.
