Are the courses accredited?

Yes! All of our courses (except masterclasses) are either CPD or ABT accredited.

How am I assessed online?

Once you check out, you will get instant access to our 24/7 student portal. Here you can access all of our training videos, step by step guides and downloadable E-manuals. You can ask questions on any module and our tutors will respond. Once you have completed the online modules you will then complete x3 case studies from home. For us to assess your competence we will need you to email x3 before and after photos of each treatment. Our tutors will assess your work and issue your certificate.

Can I get insurance?

Absolutely! On completion of our courses you can get an instant quote with Insync insurance so you can start your business straight away!

What if I need extra help?

We pride ourselves on the fact our courses are simple and easy to follow.. However, if you do need extra guidance we are available. You can contact us Mon-Fri via our online student portal, email or live chat.

What if I decide online is not for me?

We offer the option to all of our lash and brow students to pay the difference and visit us instore for hands on training. Meaning you will not incur any further costs if you decide you would prefer to meet our tutors face to face.

Who do I buy products from?

We sell a range of lash products and brow kits on our website. All of our courses have recommendations for the products and brands our students are currently choosing to train with.
