Refund policy

Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons all products must be returned in its original/unopened packaging. We will not refund any goods that have been opened or worn. Items must be returned with seal intact. For returns based on unwanted items; you must return within 14 days of receiving the item. Due to the nature and conditions of any products purchased during sale periods, Kimberley Grace Official are unable to accept any returns, refunds or exchanges on any unwanted items as this is an exclusive offer.

In the unusual event that you receive an item damaged or faulty we will of course exchange or refund this for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us in 7 days.

 

 

Prior to making any returns. You must first contact info@kimberleygraceofficial.com for further details. All returns take up to 14 working days to be processed by our returns department from the date received back at our HQ.

 

Please note; Our lashes are handmade with love, therefore each one can be slightly different; this would only be minor though. Please note this is not a fault but part of the unique lash assignment of individual hair by our employees.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Course Returns and Refunds

 

All e-learning content is non-refundable or exchangeable once purchased as all intellectual property is trademarked and copyrighted.

 

All in-store course bookings are non refundable once booked. In some circumstances we are able to reschedule your course date with 30 days notice. 

 

On enrolment, please provide the correct details for the student if purchasing for a third party.
